Louis needs a crash course in communication. This person makes a neutral conversation into a hostile argument in a matter of seconds. I know I'm not the first person to complain about him and won't be the last. The fact that this is the General Manager of a dealership has lost me and my whole family as a client. We love Subaru's but will drive all the way to Decatur to avoid giving any business to this person. Driver door lock sensor not working properly. Wanted to know why and have it fixed. Also washer fluid for front window sensor bad. Asked if I could get a diagnostic done (yes). Waited almost Wanted to know why and have it fixed. Also washer fluid for front window sensor bad. Asked if I could get a diagnostic done (yes). Waited almost 4 hours at service dept. No charge, nothing done. Left dissatisfied. Mr. Barnes was only person I spoke with. He was professional, but when I could not get door lock issue to duplicate for him to see, I thought the mechanic/technician could have given a look at it, but guess they were too busy for a couple of little things. I was told by tech if wiper resouvor was replaced, it would cost $600. More
