Ralph Kurland was very patient with the fact that I was doing this without my husband present, and that I needed to gather information, go home, discuss and get back with him. When we decided what we wanted, Ralph searched until he found that exact configuration for us. We came in, took care of the paperwork and drove it home. I have been thrilled with the car, and cannot say enough good things about the sales experience with Ralph. Subsequent visits for any questions have been handles admirably as well. More
Dealership ... okay, service .. not happy .. car .. bad So I have a 2016 Outback, my 3rd Outback, previous 2 I put cumulatively 1 million miles on. Current car has 70000 miles .... and it drinks oil and coo So I have a 2016 Outback, my 3rd Outback, previous 2 I put cumulatively 1 million miles on. Current car has 70000 miles .... and it drinks oil and coolant an alarming rate. Last 4 oil changes (interval is 6000 miles) 5000 miles in the low oil warning goes off and the oil is either barely on the dipstick or not at all. About 3 months and maybe 15000 miles I added 3/4 of a gallon of coolant. The car has been to Subaru of Kennesaw for a few things, 2 weeks ago it was for the loss of oil (not the 1st time). I was told to bring the car back in 1200 miles to observe oil consumption. Unfortunately I drive a LOT and quite often out of state. I brought the car back 1 1/2 weeks and 2200 miles later. Oil was 1.2 way between full and add line, coolant reservoir was EMPTY and coolant was not visible to the top row of fins in the radiator. A couple of days later I was contacted and told the oil consumption was "NORMAL" and the loss of coolant was "EVAPORATION". I was told that Subaru allows the loss of 32 ounces every 3000 miles. That is 2 quarts of 5 every oil change and this is considered by Subaru to be NORMAL. It was noted on my paperwork when I picked the car up that the loss of coolant was because it has not been being topped off at regular oil changes....... LAST OIL CHANGE WAS 2 WEEKS PREVIOUS AT THAT DEALERSHIP !!!!!!! I will never buy another Subaru Oh and check out the videos on YouTube by others ..search Subaru Oil Consumption More

Ralph Kurland was the sales representative for our first purchase and he made the process easy and stress free. We knew that when it was time to purchase another vehicle we wanted to use Ralph. He never made us feel pressured to buy a car and always took our financial concerns into consideration. He worked diligently for weeks to find us a car that exceeded our expectations. He makes a huge effort to get to know you personally in the process as well. During our second car buying experience we reminisced on our passed experience, talked about family, shared wedding photos, and many laughs. He told us that working at Subaru gave him an opportunity to make others happy and that he knew that's where he was meant to be. Ralph is not only a wonderful and compassionate sales person, but someone we now call a friend. I would recommend his services to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle! More
Excellent Service; Excellent Employees I have purchased two cars from this dealership from excellent salespeople and a painless experience for both financing and service. This dealership co I have purchased two cars from this dealership from excellent salespeople and a painless experience for both financing and service. This dealership completes services quickly and professionally because they specialize in Subaru service. All of the oil changes, tire rotations, and even an alignment have gone painlessly with relatively short waiting times. I definitely recommend Subaru of Kennesaw if you are in the market for a new Subaru. More

A service advisor called me back last week to confirm my appt. for 12/12:30. I tried to call him back again to confirm and no return call. I call today and now they have my appt. set at 2:00. It's a good thing I called a 2 hour difference is a big deal to me. I've tried calling and no answer. This is the second Subaru I've bought and may be the last because the service is terrible. It's sad when they send your email to get your car service and you tried and you can't even accomplish the task . They must not need customers. More
Can not recommend My car was initially taken in for the air bag recall last September. I was very surprised that they said the engine was leaking oil and needed new he My car was initially taken in for the air bag recall last September. I was very surprised that they said the engine was leaking oil and needed new head gaskets after only ~113K miles. The car had been garage kept and there had never been any sign of oil leakage. I questioned them on it, but ended up trusting them and let them do the work. The fact is that after spending ~$3000 in engine work at Subaru of Kennesaw on a 2011 Subaru Outback that was purchased new from Stivers Subaru, the engine died less than a year and ~12K miles later. This car only had ~125K miles and was regularly and properly maintained with full synthetic oil at each oil change. I had the receipt for the most recent oil change but none of the others. I’ve learned my lesson on that, I’ll be filing mine away each time from now on. I spent ~$500 having it towed back from middle Georgia (not to mention the Lyft ride to get my family off the side of the road and the cost of the rental car to keep our vacation from being interrupted). Before having it towed to Subaru of Kennesaw, they said they would take a look at it and cover the cost if they found it to be their error. After it arrived and they “listened to it”, the service manager informed me that they needed $1300 to take the engine apart and determine the cause, but they strongly suspected it was a lack of proper maintenance. I didn’t choose to do that because I felt that they were going to blame it on improper maintenance regardless of what was found. I believe that there is a huge issue of having no real way to get a second opinion when dealing with an automobile service department. I had already paid them ~$3K and towing the car to them cost another $500. I wasn’t willing to risk paying them more money to tell me that they were going to need more money. If the car had been worth more I would have sued them, but the cost and time investment in doing that wasn’t rational. I didn’t consider Subaru to be helpful in this issue either. They offered me $750 in “loyalty credit” towards the purchase of a new Subaru. I actually felt bad for the poor guy in the customer service department, I felt like he was embarrassed when he offered it. It makes sense though, if you were Subaru why would you waste any time or money on someone who is NEVER going to buy from you again and will be a detractor. The money for the then near worthless car was one thing, but the danger to my family is the more serious matter. They were put in a very dangerous situation and I cannot be convinced that it wasn’t the fault of the work done by Subaru of Kennesaw. Subaru has these wonderful commercials where the small child or puppy are getting into a new Subaru, then the scene changes and the puppy is grown, with a gray muzzle and moving more slowly or the child gets into the car and drives away to college. As a parent (and dog owner), it is enough to make you cry. I’ll give you a different picture. I was driving my family towards a vacation and without warning (no check engine light, no warning lights) the car shuts off. Then without power steering or power brakes, I work to get the car with my family inside over to the shoulder of the road while other cars and tractor-trailers going 80+ mph are avoiding our rapidly slowing car. After getting the car over onto the shoulder, we rushed to get our young children out of the car safely and then well away from the road. The children are scared but don’t fully understand the danger. While the children are frightened, I am terrified with the only thing in my mind is that a speeding 18-wheeler is only feet away and with a slight veer to the right will plow into my family. We were fortunate that nothing happened to us. Based on my experience, my opinion of Subaru is that they don’t care. Based on my experience, my opinion of Subaru of Kennesaw’s service department is that they are either incompetent or dishonest and I blame them for putting my family in a dangerous situation. The service manager seemed very sincere in his understanding, I can’t remember him apologizing though. Being sincere and understanding but avoiding an apology is a clever tactic. My opinion is that he has perfected executing both of those details in communicating with customers with lots of practice. My sincere hope is that no one will experience any issues similar to the ones I experienced in my interactions with Subaru and Subaru of Kennesaw and by proxy all Troncalli businesses. One way to guarantee that is to never do business with either of them. I expect a rebuttal from the “Public Relations Manager” or “Customer Loyalty Director”. I’m confused on the title because the form email I received asking for my review listed one title in the email body and another in the signature. It’s your word versus mine and I’m sticking to my story, but write whatever you want. In my opinion, the “Troncalli Automobile Dealership Group” had a chance to do the right thing on this earlier, but the guards at your financial gates did their job and succeeded in getting me to go away without costing any direct dollars. So, I concede that you win, congratulations. Just a word of advice, instead of sending auto emails out to anyone who stepped foot in the door and gave their email address. The service manager knew how angry I was. I believe my exact words were “my review of this place is going to be brutal”. I hope this fulfils that promise. You should put a flag in the CRM system for people you’ve angered to this level. It took effort to write this review, whereas before I was calmed down to the point of not bothering with it, thank you for reminding me to write this review. I consider it a public service effort. Airbag installation Wayne at the Kennesaw dealership was wonderful. All the employees we have some in contact with are polite, smile, and want to be helpful. Great Experience!!! I must say I was very impressed with my overall experience at Subaru Kennesaw. It all started with Shelly Wheeler...an excellent sales agent. Shelly I must say I was very impressed with my overall experience at Subaru Kennesaw. It all started with Shelly Wheeler...an excellent sales agent. Shelly was so easy to work with and understood our busy schedule, so most everything was handled through email and phone conversations. She was very professional and knew her vehicles. She builds a relationship and there was no high pressure sales happening with her. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and professional, handling everything in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the dealership as a whole. Thanks for a great experience! More
