I came in after seeing a car online and wanted to see it in person. Gavin did a great job with explaining the vehicle and all it had to offer. I live in California but this dealership had my dream car. Gavin was amazing and it would have been very easy for him to just to say no we can’t do an out of state transaction but he didn’t and not only car. Gavin was amazing and it would have been very easy for him to just to say no we can’t do an out of state transaction but he didn’t and not only did he not, but he worked very hard to make it happen because I am rebuilding credit so my score is not strong. Again a reason to just say “sorry” but he did not. He made it happen and happen very quickly. I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my 57 years of life and this is without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had!. More

I couldn't be more disappointed with the purchase experience and particularly the delivery of this new vehicle. We communicated our desire to streamline the delivery since we were paying cash and di experience and particularly the delivery of this new vehicle. We communicated our desire to streamline the delivery since we were paying cash and didn't have a vehicle to trade in. We had an appointment after work. Upon arriving at the dealership our salesperson was not there. They had to call him to come in, the vehicle was dirty, not prepped for delivery. There was an issue with the car which he said he would look into in the AM since it was late in the evening. Never heard back so 2 weeks later I took it into the service department. Seems the only thing the sales department is interested in is upselling warranty and service contracts. More

My car had been stolen and when I met Gavin, he knew that I was not purchasing that day. I went to the dealer 3 additional times and EVERY time I went, Gavin was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me I was not purchasing that day. I went to the dealer 3 additional times and EVERY time I went, Gavin was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. I never felt pressured and I'm very grateful for that. Gavin was amazing! We really enjoyed the Love my Suburu Encoré visit as well. EVERY question was answered and Brett even pointed out features that we didn't know we had. Fantastic experience!
