I love Subaru of Las Vegas!! Everyone here is so accommodating, efficient, and most importantly, transparent about everything they do! My brother and I walked in wanting to purchase new cars and we accommodating, efficient, and most importantly, transparent about everything they do! My brother and I walked in wanting to purchase new cars and we were helped by Mark Durmiendo. I was trading in my 2017 crosstrek for a newer version so I already knew I loved subaru! The buying experience with mark was super laid back and informative! Mark really listened to what we were looking for and didn’t try to aggressively sell us on anything. I truly felt like he was wanting to simply educate us and let us decide. My brother was super nervous as it was his first buying experience, but I’m so glad he had it here at Subaru Las Vegas! He felt so at ease and educated about every step of the process. More

Car buying was easy here but the service center has been a mess. I dropped a car off last Wednesday for an easy fix for a known Subaru issue--Subaru said they would pay for the repair. I was told repair wou a mess. I dropped a car off last Wednesday for an easy fix for a known Subaru issue--Subaru said they would pay for the repair. I was told repair would happen Thursday but then my service advisor was out sick. You would think someone else would take on cases when the person you worked with is gone, but no, I cannot get anyone on the phone, I have called every morning and been told someone would call me back and received zero calls back. It's been 6 days, no offer of a loaner vehicle. Someone who finally answered the phone one day said they could not see that Subaru would pay for the repair so they couldn't start it--I said this had been emailed to my service advisor (he had confirmed this). I offered to forward the same email to this person and did. That was 3 days ago. Still no progress. I feel invisible at this point, I did not realize that if the one person who was helping you is gone you are out of luck. I will never get my car serviced here again. More

Justin sold us our first Subaru 3 years ago. He took excellent care of us. Honest, professional and so understanding of our needs.
