Once we went in to purchase our car, we found that everyone in the store was equally friendly and helpful. Before working with this Subaru location, we had stopped in at the Eastgate branch. There, we couldn't even get the sales team to call or email us back! We stopped in the store once as well, and it took 20 minutes before anyone even greeted us. By contrast, the Puyallup team helped us find our perfect car, were very knowledgeable about their products, and made the whole experience as stress free and painless as possible. More

Not only that, she was attentive and responsive to exactly what I was looking for. Kimberlee answered all of my questions and was able to provide me with additional resources effortlessly. I ended up choosing to purchase a 2014 Subaru Forester 2.5i Limited. At the risk of sounding like a hopeless romantic about a car and the car buying experience, it all felt so fateful. The process from beginning to end went smoothly, and dare I say, it was fun! Wade with Finance was integral to the process. My prior car buying experience pales in comparison in almost every aspect ( at a completely different dealership). I left Subaru of Puyallup feeling as if I was a part of a community. Stress free car buying at its finest I walked into Subaru of puyallup looking for a new or used Subaru with less then 50,000 miles for under $25,000. He had to run around the whole lot and repark 4 different cars just to get down the car he thought I would be the most interested in. He was right. I fell in love with the 2017 Subaru cross trek. Wonderful place , As soon as we arrived in the parking lot, someone greeted us if we needed help. Some places takes atleast more time to prepare the car. So, 3 hours later all papers were done and I got a car. Thanks to Justin, the guy who helped us, it took us less time than we anticipated. Justin was very courteous and informative about the models and assisted setting up a test drive of a Crosstrek.
