Mr. Boening was AWESOME! he was very professional, accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being servic accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being serviced in the shop for over two weeks and I told there were not any loaner vehicles. I left my car for 3 days to do a checkup (oil change, tire rotation) and to diagnose a light that was up in the panel control. After 3 days, they diagnosed the problem, but they did nothing about the che tire rotation) and to diagnose a light that was up in the panel control. After 3 days, they diagnosed the problem, but they did nothing about the check up! I missed 3 days at work and I Had to come back another day to change the oil car. Unacceptable! When I talked to the manager, he also said was nothing wrong with that! More
