My experience at Suburban Toyota was excellent. I came in with a general idea of what I wanted to buy. I came in and was able to test drive immediately with no questions asked. Michael Joh is a phenomenal salesman with an incredible work ethic. My husband had been working with two other dealers trying to find a 2021 Sienna, and three months later they still had no idea how to get work ethic.
