From the beginning, the team made me feel welcome and taken seriously, which I really appreciated as a 25-year-old 1 at Arlington Heights Buick GMC. Kevin Fortman was awesome throughout the entire process—super knowledgeable, easygoing, and no pressure. He walked me through everything and made it an enjoyable experience. Mike O’Connell in finance was just as helpful. He got me a fair deal on my trade-in and a competitive rate for my first solo loan, which made the financial side feel way less intimidating than I expected.
