He was very personable to my parents (in their 70s having hearing problems, with English as their 2nd-ish language, ) and they liked him a lot. There was very little pressure and Fred was very accommodating. We went to a few other dealers to see what our options were, but Fred stood out cus he was friendly and we could see he went out of his way to make us comfortable till we drove the car off the lot. p.ro.ps also goes to their team and the manager Rob who gave us a very good deal on the car. Best car buying experience I shopped around for a few months on the CRV touring. I was working with three separate dealerships and Chris Beyus at Sullivan honda remained upfron I shopped around for a few months on the CRV touring. I have purchased 4 hondas at schaller Honda over years and apparently that didn't matter. Hoffman honda being very close to where I live could really care less if I bought car there or not.
