I bought a used Jeep with a small issue in the sound system that wasn't obvious upon purchase. It's been about 5 weeks now and I'm still waiting to get it fixed. The seller did say they would take care of it, but it's taking much longer than I expected. As of now, we don't even have an appointment set to fix the problem. It hasn't been a horrible experience, but it's also not the experience I had hoped for when buying a car. More
