They were well informed and thoroughly explained all the steps they were taking. Their methodical approach ensured that unnecessary repairs were not done. This was in total contrast to another dealership that wanted me to spend over $1,200 for replacement parts they claimed were not under warranty. Summit has earned all our future service work on our Ram trucks. I look forward to dealing with your sales staff when it's time for purchase. More
