He did an excellent job of explaining the vehicle, it's different trim levels, and packages. We went in with a strict budget as this is going to be used as our secondary vehicle, and after deciding we were content with the base model and skipping additional packages, there was no pressure to upgrade or add on things that we did not deem necessary. We never felt like we were being talked into anything, and Brian did a great job of listening to our needs and wants and making sure we stayed under our budget. We can definitely see ourselves being a Kia family and staying with this company and dealership in the future. More
