A few months ago my wife and I went in to by a brand new Toyota Highlander and had amazing service from the minute we walked in from John Heslep and the rest of the crew. I hate going to car dealerships b/c your car is the one thing that loses value the second you use it and it always seems like a scam. However that was not the case at Summit Toyota. John and the rest of the staff were welcoming, thorough, quick and made the whole process very easy. Two weeks ago, I went into Summit Toyota to buy out my lease and I was quickly greeted by Jason Hahn. He made the entire process quick and very easy.
