Andy was great all around. He helped me find the car I wanted and made sure I understood it's features and options. The finance person Kelly tried hard to sell stuff I didn't need and had no value. She also tried to sneak in at least 3 different add ons costing thousands of dollars. When her hard sell didn't work, she switched to insults and then a temper tantrum. I got followup from Deanna Weatherford but she didn't even attempt to address my fiance dept complains and just said that's not the experience we want. More
