My salesman Oz and the team that worked with him was excellent. I was leaving my car to be serviced for a recall. I met the GM, he graciously assisted me with. He asked me how many miles and what year it was. I told him and ended up telling him about the upsetting experience I had. He said for me to stop by and see him when I came to pick up my car. I did. Oz was quiet, professional and kind. He was well informed and he answered any questions I had. It really meant a lot to me, because I had a bad experience with the previous dealership. He took his time with me. He introduced me to the people who would be helping me get into another car. They were kind, looked me in the eye, and helped get me into a brand new car.
