I stopped in to purchase a used vehicle, had a trade in and a purchase agreement from a competitor. I asked the salesman if they could match my trade value and if they had something comparable. He said, “ let me see if we have something.” He found something very similar. Yes!!! This is great because I’m already approved at my bank for this other vehicle. He hands me a purchase agreement so I can talk it to my bank n get a check n come back and buy this car. I look at the purchase agreement and they valued my trade at $1500 lower than the other dealer.. so I ask the guy, what’s the deal with that? He says “ sorry that’s what we value it at.” I came to you and asked if you can help me.. you say yes, then try to offer me less?… weird. Sad part is… I’ve bought two Hondas in the past and that would have been my third… all because this manager wanted to make an extra $1500 off of me. Oh well, I bought the competitions car and I’m enjoying it daily and they were very helpful too. Avoid this place at all cost. More
