Overall phone etiquette is very rude and unprofessional. The last few times I called was a nightmare, leaving a message and no retrun call, signed up for text messages and only received inital message and a The last few times I called was a nightmare, leaving a message and no retrun call, signed up for text messages and only received inital message and a Thank you mesage.
