Nothing was done to rectify the situation just informed how it should have been handled. I already knew how it should have been handled. If you make an appt with your customers, honor it, dont leave them languishing in the waiting room and take care of everyone else around them forcing them to come ask you questions about why their car still hasn't been touched over 2 hrs after their appt time. Not even a voucher for future parts orvservice. Just, it shouldn't have happened. Now lets move on. It's amazing that back in October you asked for my name so you could check into this issue, yet it's now December and I still haven't been contacted or seen the issue addressed. Guess it's just lip service when the dealership responds to complaints. Looks like my next vehicle won't be coming from Sutton Ford since I'm not worth the time to speak with about this issue. Tells me any bigger issues won't get their attention either.

Wendy Halverson I was told by Anthony that it was too late to make any changes as I called him the next day to get a breakdown of the charges as they weren't adding up right for me. He said the paperwork was already sent into the finance company & I got a great deal with the added features. He said we didn't tell him no, but we never said yes either. He was also going to send me a breakdown of the pricing which I still haven't received. The finance person that assisted us I guess was the backup of the backup of the backup person. I asked about the credit for the trade in as it was to be 9,500 which it reflected 9,050 on the paperwork but it was explained out to me so I understood that. Our agreed starting price was supposed to be $37,667 which was nowhere on any of the paperwork that I received so I was trying to come up with how we arrived at the totals on the yellow paperwork & I called Anthony for assistance. I'm embarrassed that I didn't catch this at the time of signing the paperwork. I figured with taxes, licensing & title paperwork is how we got to the 41,555.00 but once I got home no matter how I did the math it wasn't adding up. I love the vehicle and am very happy with it. I just wish the sale could have gone better & things would have been explained in detail to me on how we arrived at the pricing during the signing of the paperwork which seemed very rushed. Anthony is a good person, I just think that the process takes a long time so his focus was split on doing many other things while helping us with the sale of this vehicle & with this details were missed.

I have tried numerous times to talk with this dept on how they had me pick up my car with the engine light on. There was noone there who could explain it or what to do. I called daily no response. I just as of today found out i need to go through sales servicing. Was advised to. Call Mon.
