Had a pleasant experience with the purchase of my new car. No pressure sales. I put a down payment on a Saturday and picked it up on Monday. His replied they said it is clean. As Vince installed the plates my wife and I inspected our newly purchased auto. All cup holders were sticky, driver's door was dirty and there was crumbs on the passenger seat. Vince asked if we would like to have him clean it. Only take 10 minutes. The amount of work needed, it would take a lot longer. We declined. Would have been nice to drive my new car without the remnants of the previous owner all over the interior. We test drove 2 cars that Saturday. Both cars were filthy. In this day and age your used cars should be clean. More
