Melissa Lebran took very good care of situation that started out terrible. All in All i would only continue my service there as long as she is the Service Advisor, or at least someone with the knowledge started out terrible. Charged $180. 00 for diagnosing a check engine light. Auto Zone does it for free. If you are charging 180 why not tell me why the ABS light is on. It's because of t 00 for diagnosing a check engine light. Auto Zone does it for free. If you are charging 180 why not tell me why the ABS light is on. It's because of the recall on the brake line that I had to replace because it went out on the road. The ford 800 number said I would have to wait until October to be reimbursed, when the recalls happen. More
