The dealership is fine but it’s almost impossible to get in for service because the hours are very inconvenient for people getting off of a 9 to 5 job. I was very dissatisfied with my vehicle being serviced this past weekend! I made it very clear before dropping my vehicle off what I wanted done on my vehicle and did not receive what I expected! I called and left a message for the Service Advisor I set the appointment with but when I received no response from her I called and talked to the Service Manager Brian! I advised him of my displeasure, he apologized and we set an appointment for next week to get the service I thought I was going to get Saturday! We will see if you are capable of doing what you said you would! More
