Founded in 1973 by Arlie Zellers Tamiami Ford built a reputation for outstanding service and sales in Naples and throughout Florida. In 2008, Tamiami purchased the Hyundai franchise from the O’Brien organization. The Zellers family and our staff are very proud to be associated with these two outstanding franchises. I had a pleasant experience at Tamiami Hyundai. I expected some pushback or coercion when I expressed that I didn’t want all of the modifications/added charges. I like the personnel there, but I had a service issue where I made an appointment for 2 recall issues. I was promised a loaner car-when I got a text the night before that no cars were available. They tol where I made an appointment for 2 recall issues. I was promised a loaner car-when I got a text the night before that no cars were available. They told me i had to call Genesis for a Case #, go rent a car, and then file for reimbursement. I did that and delivered my car on a Monday morning with a request that the work be done by Friday as Genesis was to pay for only 5 days of a rental car. I called on Thursday to inquire if the car would be ready the next day and was told the car had not even been put into the shop yet. I mean I had an appointment, they knew I was coming, they knew my timetable, etc. So you ask me if this is good customer service? I don't think so. More
