Made an appointment for an airbag recall then needed to add on to my appointment due to a check engine light and a low tire pressure. Worked with Eric to have my car checked out and found out I had some o add on to my appointment due to a check engine light and a low tire pressure. Worked with Eric to have my car checked out and found out I had some other things I need to get fixed as well as some overdue maintenance. Ended up getting 4 new hires as well. Eric kept in contact with me and asked every time if I needed a loaner vehicle. Will continue to bring my business to Tasca Cranston RI. More

Todd and Ed do an excellent job in both communicating and delivering on what they say they were going to do!!! 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee It was a pretty busy day when we visited, but Eric was friendly, patient and attentive. When we took delivery he was on top of everything. One of the key fobs wasn't correct, he apologized for the inconvenience. It seems keys got mixed up and it had the wrong tag.
