Had many difficulties with Ford dealership service departments. Basic, fundamental, rookie mistakes. But when your poor service blew up my son’s engine, Taylor Ford made good on replacing his engine, departments. Basic, fundamental, rookie mistakes. But when your poor service blew up my son’s engine, Taylor Ford made good on replacing his engine, including towing it from Pittsburgh PA. That’s why I shopped with you. But it’s too hard to buy a car at your dealership. Your on-line offerings feel like bait-and-switch. Of nine cars I viewed on-line and asked about, nothing was available. Because of this I was upsold to twice what I wanted to pay. My wife needs a car soon. As of now, looks like it will be a Toyota. At least those cars rarely require any service. And the dealers are no non-sense. Sorry. You asked. More
