Staff was friendly and they did a good job. I got my car back washed. I have light gray interior and was worried it would get dirty during service but I got the car back clean and without any d I got my car back washed. As far as the sales team, Adriano gave me excellent customer service. I forgot a few items in the car I traded in and he took the time to retrieve them and made sure I got them back. As a first time parents my husband and I were looking to upgrade from our Honda HRV to a bigger option so we went to look at Hyundai just to look but we fell in love with the Santa Fe model and israel📍 wen upgrade from our Honda HRV to a bigger option so we went to look at Hyundai just to look but we fell in love with the Santa Fe model and israel📍 went ABOVE and beyond to make sure our family and I stayed within our budget. He truly made us feel like we were more than just customers. He had so much patience with us since we had our 4 month old with us and provided the best possible service. I can’t express enough gratitude for his kindness and service. Kai 📍was also amazing he showed us different models and immediately greeted us when we arrived. The finance department was truly amazing as well they explained everything thoroughly but was the quickest I have ever seen and I’ve owned 3 different cars but I’ve have never had an experience like I did at Hyundai. I will definitely be back when I want another upgrade or need to recommend any family or friends. I can go on and on about how amazing our experience was. Took 4 weeks for my Palisades engine to be replaced. They gave me a corolla and never upgraded the rental. While at the shop my car was hit by an employee and they had to take my car to a body shop. Aft They gave me a corolla and never upgraded the rental. While at the shop my car was hit by an employee and they had to take my car to a body shop. After all that they didn't even replace the gas they used to drive my car around. More
