I cannot begin to say enough good things about James. He never pressured me and was attentive to all my requests and he really LISTENED! He was completely honest and I cannot recommend him enough. After dealing with car salesmen for the last three months, I thought I was allergic to them. I was probably overly diligent with my questions and distrust after recently being burned by a mechanic, but James was thorough in answering my questions while being patient and supportive. Although I had to drive 90 minutes to the dealership there in Temecula from Orange County, I would do it again for my next car purchase. More
