We could not have asked for a better sales person than Michael. I am usually loath to go to dealerships because I don’t like the hard sell but Michael was incredibly calm, knowledgeable and professional. Michael. I am flabbergasted that the process to buy a car (in cash) took almost 3 hours when it felt like it should’ve/could’ve taken 15 minutes. I’m not sure if that is a technique that dealerships employ for some reason but I will definitely request that all the paperwork is ready to go before I come in next time. Blake was great, even though we scheduled the tire purchases and alignment through the corporate Hyundai site, and it seemed we weren't in the system. Also, they were able to apply the Dealership coup purchases and alignment through the corporate Hyundai site, and it seemed we weren't in the system. They helped us to locate an Ioniq 9 to look over. We asked about being added to a list for the new 2027 Tucson Hybrid coming out so we can decide whether it will be our next purchase.
