It sounds like the main issue came down to a breakdown in communication on our end, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration that caused. We’re glad we were able to connect and talk through the concern regarding the second key and the remote start functionality. As discussed, we will gladly cover the cost to attempt reprogramming the second key when you come in. We want to do everything we can to make this right. We also appreciate your understanding that while we will make every effort to resolve the issue, there is a possibility the key may not be recoverable and that you may ultimately have just the one functioning key. Since writing the above concern several weeks ago, I would like to acknowledge the sales manager, Kris Culhane, did reach out to me directly. He not only texted me, but also emailed me to follow-up with the above issues. Speaking with Chris on the phone, he was very professional and understanding for the issues I had. He agreed for me to bring in the vehicle and they would take care of the remote start issue. After arriving at the dealership on 3/20/26, I met with the salesperson Kat and Kris. They immediately put me in a rental car so I could do errands around the area, which was greatly appreciated. Not only did the dealership cover the cost of the rental, they also fixed the remote start issue with zero added cost for me. Now I have 2 remote key fobs that are working and I am very satisfied. In closing, I will be going back to this dealership in the future when I am in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommend seeing the salesperson Kat or Kris for a great deal!!!
