Dealership had the type and selection of cars we were looking for but from the start i was a bit disappointed. Was looking at a Mazda 3 and when we asked to drive it and were very interested in buying i looking for but from the start i was a bit disappointed. Was looking at a Mazda 3 and when we asked to drive it and were very interested in buying it on a Saturday they said it would be available till Thursday. We drove approx 300 miles and needed a car that day. The car we did drive and buy has been good with the exception of a few issues. One, in the first rain we had we realized one of the windshield wipers was actually broken, $50 and an item the dealer should have replaced. Two, i happened to check the motor air filter and it probably had never been changed in the 46,000 miles as it was filthy and full of grass etc, again a $20 item the dealer should have replaced. One big annoyance was the continued upselling of everything from floor mats to rock guards and additional warrenty. I came to buy a car not Wearther Tech floor mats. I feel like we could have been out of there 2 hours earlier except for the constant run of people trying to upsell us things we dont need. More

The used car I purchased only had 1 key/keyfob, but I didn't know that until afterwards. It cost me $200 to get a 2nd key. I was told the car would be filled with gas, only to find that used cars are n didn't know that until afterwards. It cost me $200 to get a 2nd key. When a company cuts corners on the little things, I strongly question how they handle the big things. More
