I am very disappointed in the. Service I received. A simple software update that may not have been necessary resulted in a cracked windshield, a broken infotainment system, no conn Service I received. A simple software update that may not have been necessary resulted in a cracked windshield, a broken infotainment system, no connectivity to OnStar and wifi, having to wait for four hours in the service lobby one day and having to return another day and spend over an hour while they still couldn't deliver my vehicle out of service. I've been in a lease vehicle for several days that's not comparable to my vehicle. I wish I would have never gone to Tim Lally for awrvice. It was a bad decision. More
