We understand the frustration of customers who want to take advantage of reward programs or discount APRs on credit cards but like most businesses we have to place limits on the amounts we can process. Without limiting our exposure to the nefarious actions of the unscrupulous who seek to defraud businesses we would be placing ourselves at risk of significant loss. Sadly, losses of that nature add to the cost of trying to deliver an ethical, positive customer experience. It also leads to the frustration of good people like you. I thought that we had explained the why behind our policy. We apologize if misunderstandings persisted that made you feel underappreciated by us. Our customers are our greatest treasure here!
