The car came in good shape and I like the less stuffy feeling vs a place like Banks, I brought it there for a bad sound I thought was axles or power steering and they did ball joints. Now when driving there is an occasional pop in the suspension right below the drivers feet and wiggle. Now they got me in quick to check it out after the sound returned but couldn’t find anything wrong. Its just severe enough that I may take it to a dealership for a diagnoses before it comes apart. At least I have the service plan I suppose. Id be extremely cost concerned otherwise as it did it again on the way home. The customer service was great thougv and Chris has made himself very available and the mechanic went for a short ride with me so there was effort made. More
