Great Sales Experience, but pay attention with Finance I had stopped buying from Tom Gill 5 years ago due to pushy sales people and bought two new vehicles at a different dealership in that time span. I r I had stopped buying from Tom Gill 5 years ago due to pushy sales people and bought two new vehicles at a different dealership in that time span. I read about the new sales approach online and thought I would give them another chance and this time it was vastly different. I had a great car buying experience there recently dealing with Jason Lopez who was friendly and courteous in assisting us with a used car purchase for my youngest daughter's first car. However, the Finance department wrote up my purchase papers using using a different vehicle than the one I was purchasing the first time and then tried to leave the higher purchase price from the incorrect car in the paperwork the second time. They did finally get it right an the third set of paperwork, but then today I received the new license plate in the mail. After telling both my salesperson and the finance person that my daughter wanted an "In God We Trust" KY license plate at least 5 times each - they dropped the ball - did the same thing to me 5 years ago on another vehicle purchase. Hey Tom Gill, much improved, but please take the time to sweat the small details for your customers because they really do make a difference to them! More
