Charles was the first one to greet us, he went through asking what we were looking for and gave us some infor So we went in looking for a cheap car. Since we had stopped at another dealer before, we had our guard up because we got totally screwed over, but Charles was very upfront with us and was amazing from start to finish. We wanted a beater car, with his non pressured salesmanship he talked around $10,000, because we also wanted a warranty but I didn't want to pay so much for a used car, so asked what the price of a new car is and couldn't believe it was only a few thousand more. And what's crazy is that I don't regret the decision. There was no pressure at all, he was just showing us the vehicles and giving information on them. Before we knew it, we had sold ourselves the car. More

honest sales specialist...attentive to my needs i felt scared as this was the first time i have ever bought a car on my own, for 30 yrs i have always had a husband there by my side. at tom gill i wa i felt scared as this was the first time i have ever bought a car on my own, for 30 yrs i have always had a husband there by my side. at tom gill i was NOT pressured. david, my sales rep, was so attentive to my needs, patient with me, even took the time to listen to me about my grandkids. he did not try to talk me up or convince me to buy my Equinox. he did not give me 20 reasons why i "should" buy this car. i felt no pressure. instead i truly felt he wanted me to make my own choice and be happy. i did not have to ask for the car fax or any other records..he just automatically provided them for me. The Equinox I bought was used and I was not forced or pressured into buying an extended warranty either, but instead I was provided with two pieces of paper one giving me the amount without a warranty the other giving me the amount with the warranty and the decision was solely mine. My ex-husband and I have always bought prayers from the little mom and pop shops so I was very intimidated going to a big lot. I will recommend Tom Gill to anybody looking for a car. In fact I have a 17 year old son looking to buy a car and I will take him to Tom Gill. I do not in any way feel that I was ripped off, there was no finagling, and this was the most professional experience I have had buying a vehicle. Tom Gill is the place to buy a car. More
