I was an out of state buyer and I’m sure my salesman thought he’d never see me. With that in mind, he still found the exact car and answered every one of my questions with multiple emails, texts and pho thought he’d never see me. He was respectful and didn't ask for my phone number or email address and check in daily like some dealers will. After over analyzing what I wanted and comparing F150 to Tundra, I decided to make the move in September. Since Jim set the tone and established the relationship good initially, I looked him up seven months later. I bought the truck (new) from Jim, and he was fair throughout the process. He was transparent, and didn't play the typical games. It was very professional. The Finance Department was very professional as well, Jamie was straight forward, and wasn't pushy with the extras you can get from the Finance Office. I feel I got a good deal, and I also realize this is a business. Overall, I appreciate this experience, and plan to return for our families next vehicle. The only thing that would make this better is if all car companies went to a set price per vehicle...but that probably won't happen in my lifetime.. More

Wish I could give him more than 5 stars We purchased a 2020 Toyota Sienna XLE from Frank Walsh on August 3, 2019 to have it modified for wheelchair accessibility. It was by far the easiest, We purchased a 2020 Toyota Sienna XLE from Frank Walsh on August 3, 2019 to have it modified for wheelchair accessibility. It was by far the easiest, most efficient, laid back stress-free car buying experience in my lifetime. Unfortunately, last Thursday when we picked up our van from the conversion company, we learned that the wrong conversion had been installed. We had to start completely over, beginning with purchasing another new vehicle. I was literally too upset to even speak, so I sent Frank a text explaining the situation. Within 2 hours, he called to let me know that he had located another Toyota Sienna XLE exactly like the one we purchased in August, and he was already in the process of having it shipped here. On September 25, 2019, we met with Frank and finance manager Tom Gray, signed the paperwork and walked out in less than an hour. We were able to get the same van, for the same price and our payment actually went down $7.00 a month. This has been an emotional ride to say the least. Because of Frank’s experience, professionalism and knowledge, he was able to get us back into a vehicle quickly so that we can restart the 6-8 week conversion process again. There are no words to adequately describe the gratitude and appreciation we have for the kindness, compassion and understanding he has shown our family. If you are ever looking for a vehicle, especially a van for wheelchair conversion, I would highly recommend Pappas Toyota - and make sure you ask for Frank ‘the Tank’ Walsh. More

Dave explains the work being performed in great detail. My front brake caliper rusted off after 16 months. Even though it was past the 12 month warranty Pappas paid for the new part. We setup the deal on a Saturday afternoon near closing time and we were supposed to come in Monday evening for financing the car and closing the deal. at 6:00 pm. They called and rescheduled for 7:00 pm we didn't get out of the dealership until 9:00 pm. We were the last customers to leave that night. More
