We are first time Toyota Buyers and Ryan helped us determined exactly what model was best for us. He is probably the best salesperson we have ever worked with and we feel very confident that he did all he could to help us get the best deal possible. Prior to our visit to Pappas, we shopped Honda and were subjected to a maze of sales and finance reps trying to get our business. They simply would not deal at all but took hours of our time going back and forth. Little Boys Selling Cars They Can't Even Drive! Went in to see one lady, then before leaving I called and was given to a man to ask for when I arrived. When arrived was meeted by a Teenager (not man Went in to see one lady, then before leaving I called and was given to a man to ask for when I arrived. When arrived was meeted by a Teenager (not man to meet,was told he was in bathroom)! He first told me he didnt know what the car I was looking at was. He said he couldnt drive it. it was automatic. he said he knew nothing about car. he couldn't even work the air or radio. He didnt know what a tow hitch was. He spent under 5 minutes total with me. He said he would come back with dvd and cd but never did. he said he would come back and answer questions never did. We found the little boy and he freaked out when we asked for a full oil change because it was under 10% and the 3 small chips in windshield fixed. He said he would call us back after we left but never did. If I buy a car from this dealership it will be from a lady! Not alexander the horrible! Not to mention the bad tires that should get replaced before selling it! Unsafe. Bad customer service! More
