Scheduled service w/Pappas for my 4Runner & my wife’s RAV4, service drive was receptive when we arrived. My service rep (Darin) informed us of the type of service required and showed us the waiting area RAV4, service drive was receptive when we arrived. My service rep (Darin) informed us of the type of service required and showed us the waiting area. He also told us about the length of wait and he would come get us when completed. We are both very pleased with the helpful staff at Pappas Toyota and will return to see Darin in the future. More

Bob Holliday my sales person was amazing. He did a great job selling me my 2022 tundra and give him 5 stars. Then there is you service department. I should have given them 1 star. I have been in contact with them since June 23 on a safety recall and another issue. Every time I call Paul in service he always tells me he will call me back and never does.
