I was very very dissatisfied. I arrived at my service appointment 20 minutes early and still waited 2 hrs before I decided to find my service advisor to check the status of my veh I arrived at my service appointment 20 minutes early and still waited 2 hrs before I decided to find my service advisor to check the status of my vehicle but was told the part was not in and I needed to pay so the part could be order. I then requested to see a manager and she tried to order the part but was told the part was there all along. SO NO I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO TOYOTA FOR ANY REASON. REMEMBER I HAD TO GO FIND MY ADVISOR TO CHECK ON MY VEHICLE AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING and the ADVISOR SAID THE PART WAS NOT ORDER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. MY SERVICE ADVISOR NAME IS AIDEN. More

The check in process was easy. The waiting area is nice and spacious. Initially was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. Actually took 2. Was not happy about not being updated.
