Had my 2023 tacoma in for 15k maintenance it would have been very helpful to me if the service test would have went over everything that they did like checking my brakes and fluid levels etc. Instead just been very helpful to me if the service test would have went over everything that they did like checking my brakes and fluid levels etc. Instead just gave me a piece of paper and said have a good day. I came in seeking a simple part, and they try to up-sell me a ridiculous un-needed diagnostic test. This was for a windshield wiper. I don't blame the attendant, but the whole system.
