I would love to give my sales person a great review, but Dealer Rater sucks so bad about updating dealership personell, I do not see my salesperson, or my finance person to give them a great review. Very much appreciate the flexibility to come in at the last minute for an urgent tire repair. Intense arctic blast with a screw in a tire is not a safe way to travel, even the night before a country wide last minute for an urgent tire repair. After waiting about 1+ hour. our service associate that met me assured me the problem was fixed. He said it was about ice. I took his word for it & left. I tried it 24 hour our service associate that met me assured me the problem was fixed. He said it was about ice. I took his word for it & left. I tried it 24 hours later only to discover the same issue. The technician did not fix the problem. I have an appointment today at 3:30pm. By the way, I left Germain Toyota for exactly the same reason. More
