I’ve been brining my Toyotas here since I bought it in 2015. I’ve always had great personal service. Since the department expanded, I’m no longer able to make an appointment with the same service dept per 2015. I’ve always had great personal service. Since the department expanded, I’m no longer able to make an appointment with the same service dept person. Originally I was able to build a rapport with a service person. I felt I was important and they cared. The last 2 times, I was just another car to be serviced. Really disappointing More

I was told my car needed services that I have never been told before. Other times I visited, the services were straightforward. However, this time, I felt like the worker was working off of commission or so told before. Other times I visited, the services were straightforward. However, this time, I felt like the worker was working off of commission or something and kept adding on more and more. I come in to a Toyota dealership because I feel like I trust you all to tell me what is best for my car but also not to oversell me unnecessary services. This time around, I did not trust the service team but I had no other choice but to trust them and pay for all services since they “scared” me into buying them. Your service team need to be more unbiased and offer services with all information without instilling fear that something terrible might happen to the car. People come in to get services completed who may be unknowledgeable about cars but that shouldn’t warrant being taken advantage of. More

The gentleman I worked with this past week did not understand customer experience whatsoever. He did not understand transparency nor did he deliver with full understanding the works that were required. Nothing worse as a consumer than hearing “it’s kind of hard to explain.” That is a severe red flag to any consumer and then to follow it up with not delivering the works in a timely manner leaving me without a vehicle for an extra day with zero apology other than “I feel you” is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. When stating the inconveniences and my need of a vehicle a rental was not even offered even though the website states it is available. Knowing my displeasure, why was it not offered. As I stated in my phone call with the gentleman, “I’ve not pushed back on any works or costs, yet when you prescribe works, it is with the understanding that you can actually complete them same day”. This is especially true when the vehicle is dropped off at 8:00 am and then can offer no time of completion at 5:00 pm for the following day but can tell me when it won’t be done. That is not customer service and greatly diminished my thoughts as to whether I will continue the relationship. Finally there was also a portion of the bill that was agreed to as a non charge based upon having purchased my tires with the dealership along with past experience with the dealer. The gentleman yet charged me. When I picked up the vehicle, the one item I asked to be addressed beyond the general work was still not addressed causing me to have to wait for an additional hour after picking up the next day while this simple task was completed. I did not mention the mischarge as I was completely disgusted with the overall experience. More
