My Car Looks new , I wished they would've told me they were not doing the whole car bra I would've paid out of pocket to make the car look new. First, Isabelle, service rep, was very friendly and helpful. It went downhill from there. It took over an hour and a half for an oil change, I had an appointment. When I left the service department, my helpful. It went downhill from there. It took over an hour and a half for an oil change, I had an appointment. When I left the service department, my car was not operating correctly, jerking etc. Took it back the next day, and after waiting a couple of hours without any explanation, I was finally told that they had accidentally drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil! More
