Vehicle was brought in with one issues that was quoted only a couple hours. The vehicle was at Toyota for 6 days out of 2 weeks and left in worse condition then dropped off. While speaking to the service team explaining the worsening issues and the unresolved issue they still wanted to charge more money. All the while no matter how many times we called, got transferred or left voicemails our calls were never returned. We took the vehicle back for recalls we were never informed of and told we the vehicle would be looked over again which no more answers were given as to why the vehicle was in worse condition then when originally dropped off. We are out over $1200 for the vehicle to have went from no ac to shaking and low power output. The last person who looked over the car was the most helpful and did keep me us in the loop but everyone else was miserable to work with. Very snappy, short and aggressive with communication. If Chuck is leading your case then you’re in good hands, otherwise take your vehicle anywhere else. More
The worst service I have experienced. Went 4 times in one month. After leaving the third time I left with a screw in my tire. Got a call a 4:13pm (when they close at 4pm Saturdays) and was told I couldn't get my car...and they're closed Sundays. I showed up at 7am Monday and was told "we can't find your keys or paperwork." After searching and having 3 different people look they were found in my service providers desk. I will not be returning. No manager around to even talk to. Shout out to Ricky who eventually helped me and found my keys. More
So the facility is nice and all, however, the prices on things that needed done were way beyond what a normal mechanic would charge. I ultimately had it looked at by my mechanic and he said it looks like spillage from whenever it had maintenance done to it. He said will monitor it but thats what it looks like. He had my car for a few hours and didn't see any leakage from it. Didn't charge me anything. To me this is over the top. Don't mind paying for stuff that is broke but to a few mins to look something over and then charge $165...Nope. More
