Good customer service. A little pricey even with 10%discount. Came in specifically for just the battery recall fix and complementary tire rotation due on tires I bought there and inspection. Without even looking at the car Chuck (as in the past when I've requested I don't want him to check me in, yet you don't really get a choice when you pull in) said I needed services I didn't want and did refuse one and later left msg on phone I needed a new battery also and they didn't even wipe off the connection to the new battery and left leaves inside and tires appear low even though I asked for a check, but last time they told me I can't check them myself and need to get a wheel alignment every year to keep warranty/road hazard on tires even though I only have 25k miles on a 2014 Rav-4. Told Chuck I didn't bother bringing in the coupon I was sent in mail from Toyota Direct since I didn't think it would be over $100 for a synthetic oil change so he finally agreed to give me 10% off, but when came to pick up car it wasn't applied and charged me for the tire rotation which the girl had no idea how to fix when I asked to look at the bill (which I think is a crime that I always had to ask Chuck to see the bill Before they make you pay). Thank goodness a guy at the end came and told her how to correct bill. Feel like unless I can specifically get a check-in person like Mindy Hill (who helped me get my tire replaced after 4 previous visits when the light came on, yet they couldn't find anything wrong with tire, yet when I luckily was there the "tire guy" spotted it without even taking tire off rim there was a nail in the tire), when I make my appt. and only deal with a service person who truly gives "service and explanations since you no longer get a technician check up report--which is also wrong in my opinion, not to mention did away with the car wash) I likely won't be back for minor appts. More
