I'm DONE with Toyota of Braintree! Three times I've brought my vehicle in for service and each time was a total hassle, getting argued with about validity of need for service, poor com Three times I've brought my vehicle in for service and each time was a total hassle, getting argued with about validity of need for service, poor communication, and this time they had my car for the whole day (after I had made the specific service appt a week prior) only to find out when I called (they never called me) that they had forgotten to order the right parts for the work and wanted to hold my car for another day?! I immediately picked it up instead and brought it to Tasca Toyota and they did the whole thing the very next day...super-friendly...even picking up my vehicle FOR FREE from home and dropping it off 4hrs later after the work was completed! Tasca YES! Toyota of Braintree xxxx NO!! More
