I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ed Hayes who has been my go to guy for many years. Years ago, we paid a deposit to order an SUV. We later cancelled the order and were told the deposit would be refunded. Due to a clerical error related to the departure of a sales rep the depos We later cancelled the order and were told the deposit would be refunded. Due to a clerical error related to the departure of a sales rep the deposit was not refunded. Recently, we identified this error. Max Bahery researched the history of our transaction, confirmed the error and issued a refund within 48 hours of our initial call. This level of customer service is exemplary! More
