Someone was working on something for us while someone else was discussing things with us. Unlike a lot of other dealerships which can be very pushy and upset when you do not agree with them. I can say all 3 employees that my father and i worked with were very friendly, professional, and made the process very satisfying and comfortable. Double checking everything to ensure everything was accurate and guided us step by step on what needed to happen next. Tow my car to get my car fixed and they want to charge me double what firestone would charge for the same service. When i confront the salesman and manager they respond back to me in a rude manner. After i threaten to tow he car to a different shop, they came back with a l2ower price. I brought this car from this dealership, you would think they take care of their customers.
