I am utterly disappointed with the service department at this dealership, which is particularly disheartening considering how I initially purchased my car here and even referred friends to do the same. My 2022 Sienna with 18000 miles developed a serious issue while I was driving – all the dashboard lights suddenly illuminated. Naturally concerned, I promptly brought it back to the dealership for assistance. The initial diagnosis was followed by a two-day wait for the required part to arrive, which is understandable. However, what ensued was a baffling display of neglect and incompetence. Despite the part's arrival, it languished uninstalled in my car for over a week. As someone who depends on my vehicle for my livelihood, this has caused me immense stress and frustration. It's been over a week now, and I'm still waiting for my car to be fixed. I used to hold this dealership in high regard, but this experience has irreversibly tarnished my perception. The blatant lack of urgency, communication, and respect for my time is truly disheartening. To think that I recommended this place to friends only deepens my disappointment. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise against entrusting this service department with your vehicle. It's truly a letdown when a place you once trusted falls so far from grace.
