Purchased online. Dealt with Angela in e sales. She was very responsive and patient. Demetrius delivered our car to Dalton and finished the sale. Both were professional. Some local dealerships in Dalton are raising the msrp with side stickers adding to the price an extra $4,000 for $500 add on and This turned us off. Cleveland Toyota did not do this. Only con was the $689 Toyota fee on top of the doc fee of $199 this $689 was high in my opinion. However they delivered the Car and this made up for it. This is a high caliber dealership. Demetrius has a great calm demeanor and very professional. He made follow up contact today. Great dealership! More
