He was honest, forthright and exhibited a since of ethics that I find to be a rare, not only in the dealership atmosphere (which can be stereotypical at best sometimes) but in any profession that I have encountered. It was because of previous experiences that I was trepidatious in the beginning and I definitely made him work for my business. He addressed all of our concerns and gave suggestions on what he thought the best options would be. At the end of the day we purchased the first vehicle that he showed us; which not by coincidence was the best deal for our family.
