Didn't think they could do it. I was very skeptical about making a deal on a new Tundra. This was the 3rd Toyota dealership I've delt with. Stockton, our salesman gave us a very fai I was very skeptical about making a deal on a new Tundra. This was the 3rd Toyota dealership I've delt with. Stockton, our salesman gave us a very fair deal on our trade in and on the new Tundra. Then Tyler the finance guy got us 1.9% intrest on our finance. Lower then expected. After the deal was closed I found a tiny dent in the side of the truck bed. Immediately our sales person Stockton filled out paperwork to remedy the problem. Set up a appointment to have it fixed. Met my wife promptly with the keys to a rental car at the front door. Truck fixed in a few hours to our satisfaction (and I'm pretty picky). Very happy. It's easy to say you'll be provided with good service after the sale however we shown that. Great work Cleveland Toyota. And they even washed it (wife just reminded me). More
