Best car-buying experience ever! Gregg Bain helped me look at used and new cars at Toyota of Cleveland for two hours, never losing patience with me. I was undecided about exactly wha Gregg Bain helped me look at used and new cars at Toyota of Cleveland for two hours, never losing patience with me. I was undecided about exactly what I wanted at first but he listened and talked me through each of my requirements. He never pressured me to buy a car but I did decide to purchase a Rav 4 and during the negotiations about the price of the new car I felt we worked as a team to come to an agreement. He did everything I needed without being loud and slick and overly talkative - I felt like a person more than a customer. The paperwork took a while to complete since I was financing with Toyota but Zane Carpenter did a thorough job, working efficiently and pleasantly. This is the fourth car I've bought from Toyota of Cleveland but I'm so happy with the cars, the service department, and my salesman Gregg that I can't imagine ever going to another dealer. I drive right past a dealer near my house in Chattanooga but don't mind the extra 20 miles because of the people who work in Cleveland. More
